Meet the Candidates

A lifelong public servant, Brandon is no stranger to delivering real results for the people of the 8th District. After serving as a congressional aide working for veterans, seniors, and our South Jersey natural resources, Brandon moved into municipal government administration. During his six years in Lumberton Township, he hired new police officers & public works personnel, built a state-of-the-art Public Safety Building, invested in improvements to parks & recreational facilities, and mitigated flood prone properties - all while lowering property taxes for residents. He now serves as Township Administrator for Southampton Township.

Brandon is proud of the time he spent in the Assembly fighting for South Jersey, and when he returns to Trenton, he will tirelessly advocate to ensure our schools receive their fair share of funding, push back against unacceptable utility cost increases, and bring his expertise in job creation and fiscal responsibility to make life easier for families and small businesses to thrive in New Jersey.

In addition to his professional experience, Brandon served as a Zoning Board member in Medford Township and is a third-generation volunteer firefighter who is passionate about public safety and ensuring our first responders have the support & resources they need to do their jobs. He resides in Medford with his wife, Dana, and their energetic toddler son, Connor.

In addition to his role as a State Assemblyman representing Burlington & Atlantic counties, Michael is an executive and principal of both S. Coraluzzo and Torrissi Transport, a transport company based in South Jersey with locations across the United States. You might see his trucks often making deliveries to Wawa stores throughout our region. Through years of hard work, Michael led his firm's national expansion into the Florida and Texas markets – creating thousands of jobs, and delivering petroleum products for consumers, the airline industry and the military.

In the state legislature, Michael stood up against Governor Murphy's age-inappropriate school curriculum, demanded fiscal responsibility, pushed to fully fund our local schools, and fought to ensure continued free access to Wharton State Forest for our residents. When re-elected, Michael will continue the work to build a more prosperous future for our state with a focus on reforming our broken school funding formula, lowering energy costs, being a voice for our military families & veterans, and creating a better business climate that will create good-paying jobs in our region.

A proud resident of Hammonton, Michael served four terms in local government prior to serving the residents of LD8. He and his wife have been married for 12 years and are the proud parents of one awesome daughter.
